“Visit 6 of 8 booths to join the grand raffle.” Sali will track it for you, tell the guest how many booths are left, and enter them the moment they qualify.
Send each sponsor a live link that shows only their booths, then a PDF when the event closes. On Agency Pro, add the details of guests who agreed to share them.
