Give every booth and game a score. Staff will scan the guest’s QR to award points, the leaderboard updates on the venue screen, and guests keep moving around the floor to climb it.

Points for each activity

Give a booth visit 10 points and a quiz up to 20. For games where guests win or lose, staff tap the score after scanning.

Fixed points per booth, or a few scores staff choose from.
Each activity scores once per guest.
Scores lock at a time you set, before the prizes.

A leaderboard on the big screen

Open the leaderboard link on the venue display. It shows the top 10 with first name and last initial, updating as staff scan.

Tell guests where they stand

After each scan, staff can say “60 points — you’re 10th”, which is usually all it takes to send a guest to the next booth.

Feed the raffle

Pair the game with a raffle that only guests above a score can enter, or award prizes to the top three straight from the leaderboard.
