Entered automatically, or at a raffle desk
With automatic entry, the booth that gets a guest over the line tells them they’re in. Prefer a “drop your ticket” moment? Scan qualified guests at a raffle desk instead — guests who aren’t there yet are told which booths they still need.

A fair draw on the big screen
Open the draw screen on the venue display and pick winners prize by prize. Entries freeze when the draw starts, the pick is made on the server, and “not here, draw again” keeps a record of who was skipped.

Winners in the client report
Each prize and its winner — first name and last initial — will appear in the client report and the sponsor’s own report.
