Hosting, database, file processing, background jobs and live updates. Handles: all account, event and guest data. Location: United States (Amazon Web Services, Ohio).
2.Cloudflare, Inc.#
Domain name service, content delivery and security for every page, and storage for uploaded images and files (Cloudflare R2). Handles: website traffic, including IP addresses, and uploaded files. Location: Cloudflare’s global network; file storage in a region Cloudflare selects.
3.Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC)#
Email delivery: guest confirmations and QR tickets, invitations, invoices and product updates. Handles: names, email addresses and message content. Location: United States.
4.Movider#
SMS delivery for event confirmations and reminders, when an agency turns them on. Handles: guest mobile numbers and message text. Location: Thailand, through mobile carriers in the guest’s country.
5.PayMongo#
Payments in Philippine pesos (cards, GCash, Maya, QR Ph and bank transfers). Handles: payer name, email and payment details; Sali never sees card numbers. Location: Philippines.
6.PayPal#
Payments in US dollars. Handles: payer name, email and payment details; Sali never sees card numbers. Location: global; PayPal’s own privacy statement applies to your PayPal account.
7.Laravel Nightwatch (Laravel Holdings Inc.)#
Error and performance monitoring. Handles: technical request data, which can include user IDs, IP addresses and the page or action that failed. Location: United States.
8.Netlify, Inc.#
Hosting for the check-in app used by event staff. Handles: the app’s files and staff device requests, including IP addresses; guest data goes directly to Sali, not to Netlify. Location: global edge network.
9.Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o.)#
Fonts for Sali’s website and dashboard. Handles: visitor IP addresses when fonts load; no cookies. Location: European Union.
10.Google Fonts (Google LLC)#
Fonts chosen by agencies for their event pages. Handles: guest IP addresses when the fonts load; no cookies. Location: global.
11.Google Analytics and Meta Pixel#
Analytics and advertising measurement on Sali’s marketing site only, and only if a visitor accepts these cookies. Handles: pages visited, device data and cookie IDs. Location: United States and other countries where Google and Meta operate.
12.Changes to this list#
We give agencies prior notice of any new or replacement sub-processor that handles their guest data, and a reasonable chance to object on data-protection grounds, as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
